We were towing our camper on I40 when a young girl rear ended us. She flipped our truck and trailer. Ricky was first on the scene and was very helpful. Both our truck and trailer had to be flat bedded off the road. They were able to accommodate us and our dogs back to the tow yard. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Ricky was excellent in dispatching his driver nearly an hour drive away to unlock my truck keys so my son & I could get access to our hunting equipment the night before modern gun. Driver, Brian, had an excellent attitude and quickly unlocked our vehicle. Alma Auto saves the day!!

I was passing through for my work when my alternator went out. They looked extremely busy but they were able to fit me in the next morning. I got a ride from them to and from hotel. Great people awesome service, I highly recommend using them if your in the area

My wife and I had a flat on I-40, July 10,2022, in our Travel Trailer just before the turnoff to I-49 to Fayetteville. Traffic was very heavy that day and the temperature was over 100.
Our roadside assistance insurance found Alma Auto Service for us and "Stevie" was sent out to put on our spare. We couldn't have had anyone nicer than Stevie to help us.
He was very nice, fast and efficient.
I would highly recommend Alma Auto Service to anyone in the area or just passing thru in need of towing or help like we needed.
