I am so thankful Doug came to my rescue. He went above and beyond to get me and my 2 boxers home safely to West Fork after loosing all electrical on my Suburban in Rudy. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!

Doug was a gift from God! I was SO scared in my small sports car on the side of 49 N!!! The traffic was FLYING by. My roadside assistance said call 911. The AR State Police did come but was afraid my car would be damaged if he did it so he called Alma Auto! Once Doug arrived and my car was ready to roll slowly on the donut, the police left, Doug blocked the right hand lane, and then he followed me to make sure all was well. Highly rec!

We went to recover a truck that had been involved in an accident 6/2/2024, the fine folks here helped us above and beyond what was the call of duty. I was discharged today from a NWA hospital and we were headed back home today in the snow in Rudy when we were trying to get up the last big hill before be would finally be home. The tires started to spin and we slid backwards several feet. Rickie was dispatched to help us and he pulled us to the top of the hill and then followed us the rest of the way home! Rickie is a wonderful employee, and we wanted everyone to know who to call when you need a wrecker

We were towing our camper on I40 when a young girl rear ended us. She flipped our truck and trailer. Ricky was first on the scene and was very helpful. Both our truck and trailer had to be flat bedded off the road. They were able to accommodate us and our dogs back to the tow yard. The staff were so kind and helpful.
