My wife and I had a flat on I-40, July 10,2022, in our Travel Trailer just before the turnoff to I-49 to Fayetteville. Traffic was very heavy that day and the temperature was over 100.
Our roadside assistance insurance found Alma Auto Service for us and "Stevie" was sent out to put on our spare. We couldn't have had anyone nicer than Stevie to help us.
He was very nice, fast and efficient.
I would highly recommend Alma Auto Service to anyone in the area or just passing thru in need of towing or help like we needed.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They scheduled an appointment for my auto repair and completed the repairs quickly. The bill came in even lower than the original quote. I was told what to expect and given recommendations about future services. Very impressive staff and service!

A huge thank you to Brian, Aaron, and Tamara for their assistance last night. In an attempt to photograph an incoming thunderstorm, I ended up sliding off a muddy road into a ditch east of Dyer. Not being from the area, I called Alma Auto Service thanks to an excellent recommendation. Brain and Aaron were quick to help despite worsening road conditions as the storm moved through. The team is professional. Brian and Aaron are experienced and knew exactly how to handle the extremely muddy and challenging conditions. Tamara was very friendly and able to get my payment for their help processed quickly. What a relief to be back on the road. A HUGE thank you you all.
